Chase Bank says a technology problem is leading to bank balance errors.

Viewers called Local 6 on Monday night, worried because their Chase checking accounts suddenly said their balance was zero.

The bank told Local 6 your money is not gone.

Chase said the technological issue is only affecting checking accounts and that all credit card and mortgage accounts are working fine.
