Consumer Reports has released its third annual 2012 "naughty or nice" list of companies based on customer service.

The list is comprised from contributions from Consumer Reports staff members and Facebook fans, based on the customer service quality and unfriendly practices, according to the website.

Among the companies deemed naughty in 2012 were:

  • BMW
  • CompUSA
  • Delta Airlines
  • Forever 21
  • Spirit Airlines
  • Ticketmaster
  • Time Warner Cable

Some of the "nice" companies on the list were:

  • Home Depot
  • Honda
  • Kohl's
  • Nordstrom
  • Publix
  • Oxo
  • PNC Bank
