OVIEDO, Fla. -

The Seminole County Sheriff?s Office said a woman reported that she was raped by a man she met on Match.com after their second date.

Police said the woman told them that she met the man through the dating site and after communicating through email and cellphone, the victim said the suspect -- Aaron Daniel Floyd -- asked her questions related to sex that she was not comfortable answering.

The two agreed to meet in person on May 13 at the Orlando Alehouse in Sanford around 8 p.m., police said. After dinner and conversation, the night ended in a kiss and the two agreed to meet again, police said.

The next day, May 14, the two met in Sanford and then the victim followed Floyd, 22, to his apartment, police said. She told police that the two began kissing, but then Floyd used force to perform sexual acts on the victim and vice versa, according to police reports.

After the incident, Floyd became nervous and told the victim ?I don?t know what to do with you now,? the police report stated. Floyd grabbed the victim and drove her to the pharmacy to buy a pregnancy-prevention pill, police said.

After she took the pill, he drove the victim back to his apartment and he allowed her to leave, according to police reports.

Arrest records list Floyd?s occupation as a student at the University of Central Florida. UCF records state that a student by the same name is currently enrolled as an industrial engineering major.

An examination of the victim yielded results consistent with her report of the attack, police said. Floyd was arrested Monday and charged with sexual battery.

A lawsuit was filed last month against Match.com after a woman claimed she was raped by a man she met on the website who is a convicted offender.
