A robbery suspect had a tough time with an ATM withdrawal after police say he was caught on tape trying to steal the machine from a Volusia County hotel on Sunday.
Daytona Beach police report that Adam Schultz first attempted to steal the ATM from the Pirate's Cove Hotel by using a rope attached to his car, but the rope wasn't long enough.
The surveillance video then shows the suspect trying to use a luggage cart, but the machine was too heavy.
The suspect then entered the main office and stole $500 and two laptops.
Police say Schultz has stayed at the hotel before, and ask anyone with information about the suspect to call in.
