ORLANDO, Fla. -

Orange County Sheriff's deputies determined Wednesday that a suspicious device found on Orange Blossom Trail was not dangerous.

Deputies said that a call came in that someone drove by and threw a Russian hand grenade with the pin in it out their car window.

Deputies blocked off Orange Blossom Trail from Kaley Avenue to 29th street, all lanes have been opened since then. Bomb squad officials investigated.

The device was actually a grenade that was not live, according to the sheriff's office.
