ORLANDO, Fla. -

As Walt Disney World wraps up a week of grand openings for New Fantasyland and Epcot's Test Track revamp, more details were released about their newest expansion-an "Avatar" attraction.

During a presentation on Friday morning, the company showed photos of work being done on the attraction, which will be based on the movie "Avatar." Disney officials say plans are still evolving, so no other details have been released.

"This is one that I think is going to be truly great and it's going to be very different from what we've done before," said Thomas Staggs, chairman of Disney Parks and Resorts. "We want the guests to feel like they got to visit Pandora. I mean who wouldn't want to go through the forest or take a ride on a banshee!"

Disney also announced the opening date of Dec. 19 of the world's largest Splitsville, open in Downtown Disney. Disney officials say reservations must be made in person when it opens.

On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the second floor will be reserved for guests ages 21 and older who arrive after 10:30 p.m.
