ORLANDO, Fla. -

A 23-year-old Orlando man is killed in a crash on Orange Avenue Sunday night after troopers say he hit another car and caused the motor to fly out of the other car.

Florida Highway Patrol says Joshua Chambers was driving his Hyundai Elantra north on Orange Avenue Sunday just after 10 p.m. when he ran a red light and hit another car turning left on Fairway Woods Boulevard.

Troopers said Chambers' car overturned and struck the side of a Mazda Tribute, driven by 18-year-old Rafael Rodriguez, turning the car and causing the motor "to be propelled" from his car and hitting another car.

Rodriguez suffered minor injuries.

No charges have been filed and the crash remains under investigation.
