If you're having trouble remembering your best moments from 2012, turn to Facebook to relive your memories.

The social networking site has launched a "year in review" feature for each user.

Facebook compiled the top 20 moments for individual users based on the most popular events or posts on a person's timeline. The Facebook memories are listed in reverse chronological order.

The "memories" are chosen based on the most likes, shares and comments. For example, a wedding album or a popular music video could be listed as a top 20 "memory."
