Flagler to vote on changes to school uniform policy
Board expected to approve move
The Flagler County School Board is expected to approve changes to its new uniform policy Tuesday night. It's the last step before a final vote.
Board members voted last month to establish a policy.
Last year, more than 1,500 parents took part in a survey about uniforms. The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that most parents who replied said they favored the policy.
If board members approve the policy, they must give school officials 28 days to review it before it can be voted on.
Tuesday's meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the Government Services Building on E. Moody Boulevard in Bunnell.
