A man was taken into custody Monday afternoon after reporting a suspicious package at a Lake Mary office building that turned out to be his car.
The Seminole County Sherirff's Office said it received a call around 1 a.m. about a suspicious package at the Crescent Executive Center at 1000 Primera Boulevard. The building, which houses a tag office and other businesses, was evacuated.
About an hour later, deputies determined that the man was referring to the control panel on the side of the driver's seat.
The evacuation was lifted, nearby roads were reopened and the man was taken into custody.
