ORLANDO, Fla. -

The Magic's big man was cool as ice against the Miami Heat.

Dwight Howard scored 25 points and added 24 rebounds to lead Orlando to a 102-89 victory over Miami at the Amway Center Wednesday evening.

Ryan Anderson continued his impressive start to the season, chipping in 27 points and 11 rebounds.  Anderson was 5-11 from 3-point range.

The Magic jumped out to a double-digit lead during the first half, but the Heat cut it to a 3-point deficit at halftime.  Miami kept it close during the third quarter, but the Magic pulled away late.

Dwyane Wade led Miami with 33 points.  LeBron James had 17 points and 10 assists.  Chris Bosh finished with 12 points.

Orlando faces another division foe Friday when the Atlanta Hawks come to town.  Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
