ORLANDO, Fla. -

A man was awakened and beaten early Tuesday by two intruders in an Orlando home invasion, deputies said.

The attack occurred around 1 a.m. at a home on Elsee Drive between Goldenrod Road and Chickasaw Trail.

According to Orange County sheriff's deputies, the intruders broke in through a window and demanded prescription drugs from a man who was asleep in his bedroom.  The man told them he didn't have any, so they beat him, deputies said.

Two others inside the home called 911, and the intruders ran away, deputies said.  One of the culprits was captured nearby, but the other remain on the loose.
