OCOEE, Fla. -

A man wanted for questioning in the death of his roommate, a Disney custodian who was found dead in his Ocoee apartment over the weekend, was taken into custody Tuesday in Georgia, deputies said.

Thomas "Mike" Heath was found in Marietta, Ga., in possession of a 1995 Chevrolet TrailBlazer belonging to 30-year-old Jay Stone, who was found dead Saturday. Police in Marietta, Ga., received reports of a TrailBlazer broken down on the side of a highway with a family standing nearby at around 6 p.m. Monday. When officers arrived, the family was gone but the car was abandoned.

About an hour later, investigators said they received a call from Shanna Heath, the wife of Mike Heath, who told them she and her two kids had been kidnapped. When officers met with her at a nearby hotel, she told them she felt that her husband may be involved in a nearby murder.

An investigation into Stone's death is ongoing.  His body was found at the Vizcaya Lakes Apartments after his parents were unable to reach him for three days and he did not show up for his job at Disney, his family told Local 6.

Officers found Thomas Heath about a block from the hotel and arrested him on an auto theft warrant.

Neighbors told Local 6 Stone had moved in a couple months ago. Deputies say the Heaths, who have two children, moved in with Stone on Aug. 15.

Stone's parents told Local 6 their son met a lot of people as a custodian at Disney. A Disney spokesperson said the company "is saddened by his death and our hearts go out to his family."

Investigators said they are still trying to verify if Shanna Heath was kidnapped by her husband and that she is being cooperative.
