Man shoots, kills alleged robber

Orlando police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead early Saturday morning.

Police said they were called to 5365 Rose Gay Court around 12:07 a.m. Saturday about a man that was shot and killed.

Police said the victim was approached by Tobias Sullivan who then produced a weapon and attempted to rob him.

The victim said he pulled out his own gun and shot Sullivan out of fear for his life, police said.
