Police say Dunkin Donuts, gas stations burglarized in same way

SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. -

Authorities said they believe the same person is responsible for three separate burglaries at businesses along State Road A1A.

Security cameras at a Dunkin Donuts on A1A first caught a man trying to open the business safe and a free standing ATM on Thanksgiving Day. Satellite Beach police said the man was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash and severely damaged the ATM.

A Chevron gas station nearly was burglarized in a similar manner on November 24, and the MOO's Serve was also robbed on November 28.

All three burglaries are very similar in nature and authorities believe they are connected.

The culprit seen on the surveillance video is a white male., according to police. Anyone with information in these crimes should contact Crime line at 800-423-TIPS (8477).
