Man, woman arrested on sex trafficking charges
Report to DCF abuse hotline prompted investigation, Titusville police say

A man and woman were arrested in Brevard County on allegations of child sex trafficking and child neglect.
Debra Annmarie Blackmon, 25, of Titusville, was arrested on charges of sex trafficking of a minor by a legal guardian and child neglect causing great bodily harm. Tony Marcel Hammond, 23, of Titusville, was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and procuring a person under 18 years old for prostitution.
Titusville police said an investigation was launched Jan. 9 after someone called the Florida Department of Children and Families abuse hotline.
The investigation uncovered sex trafficking involving a child.
No other details have been released by authorities.
Blackmon and Hammond were arrested and taken to the Brevard County Jail.
