FHP said Johnson, 32, was driving on Overland Road in Apopka on Saturday with her four children when she ran off the road, hit a tree and her car overturned.
Her daughter, 14-year-old Daquasha Johnson, was ejected from the vehicle. She was taken to Florida Hospital South but did not survive.
Johnson's other three children, ages 10, 11 and 16, all survived.
FHP said Johnson's blood-alcohol level at the time of the crash was .244.
Johnson is being held without bond at the Orange County Jail.
