A hog caused a motorcycle crash just outside of Tallahassee, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers say 60-year-old Larry Strickland was driving on the highway in Perry on Sunday morning when a hog ran across the roadway.
According to the FHP, Strickland hit the hog and was taken to the hospital.
WCTV-TV reports the man was not wearing a helmet at the time and was hospitalized in serious condition.
Alcohol did not play a factor in the crash, according to troopers.
