SANFORD, Fla. -

A boat overturned in Lake Monroe on Tuesday afternoon, prompting a search by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, according to authorities.

Seminole County Sheriff's Office said authorities received a report of a overturned boat just after 4 p.m. in Sanford. A rescue boat was launched and there were reports of 2 adults in the water with life vests on.

It's not clear how the boat overturned and there doesn't appear to be any injuries. FWC has found the boat and is working to bring the boat back to shore.
