OCALA, Fla. -

An Ohio man has been arrested and charged with video voyeurism after Ocala police say he was caught videotaping up women's skirts at a beer festival.

Albert Sebring, 64, is charged with 5 counts of video voyeurism in the Sept. 29 incident, which occurred at the Craftoberfest event in Ocala. Police said Sebring was spotted by several men using a video camera to record up women's skirts.

When police investigated Sebring's camera, they found recordings up five women's skirts, according to the report. The victims told police they were unaware of the recording.

Sebring was booked into Marion County Jail on $10,000 bond.
