Orlando man jailed over ice-cream sundae
Police say suspect wouldn't pay $3.25 for sundae
A $3.25 ice-cream sundae landed a man behind bars at the Orange County Jail, according to Orlando police.
Orlando police say Tobias Franklin, 20, ordered the medium-sized sundae with sprinkles on Wednesday at Goff's Ice Cream on Orange Blossom Trail near Church Street.
According to police, when the owner told him the price, Franklin snatched the sundae from the man's hand and walked out.
The owner then ran after Franklin while calling police.
Franklin was arrested a short time after.
He was charged with robbery, a third-degree felony.
