Happy Days are here again.

Barbra Streisand is set to perform at the Oscars on February 24, 2013 - her first time Academy Awards show performance in 36 years, USA Today reports.

"In an evening that celebrates the artistry of movies and music, how could the telecast be complete without Barbra Streisand?" said producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron in a statement. "We are honored that she has agreed to do a very special performance on this year's Oscars, her first time singing on the show in 36 years."

Streisand has had a long relationship with the Oscars, beginning with her best actress win for Funny Girl (1968). She also was nominated for her lead in 1973's The Way We Were as well as for producing the best-pictured nominee The Prince of Tides, in which she co-starred and also directed. She first sang at the Oscars in 1977. That night, she won the best original song award for Evergreen from A Star Is Born.

The show will air live on ABC with comedian Seth McFarlane as host.
