KISSIMMEE, Fla. -

Thousands of shoppers flooded malls and shopping centers to snag Black Friday deals, but one man at a Central Florida Walmart left in a police cruiser.

Kissimmee police said two men got into a verbal altercation inside the Walmart on Osceola Parkway Friday morning. When officers arrived to separate the men, the aggressor resisted and swung at one of the officers, police said.

The man was taken to the ground and arrested on charges of resisting arrest, police said.

Police later identified the man as Antonio Marbert, 35.

Crowds at other large shopping centers in Central Florida were significantly less rowdy.

Shoppers at Orlando Premium Outlets said their shopping experience was mostly calm, despite the crowds.
