Garvey Bazile, 27, and a 16-year-old were arrested in the carjacking, which happened around 3:30 a.m. Monday near the Waterside at Cranes Roost apartments in Altamonte Springs.

According to police, the woman and her boyfriend parked at the complex when two vehicles pulled behind them.

Two men, later identified as Bazile and the teen, got out of one the cars, pointed a gun at the woman and stole her Pontiac G-6 after hitting her on the head with the gun, according to police.

"They just pistol-whipped me and stole my car," the woman frantically told a 911 operator.  "I have no (expletive) clue who they are."

The woman was not seriously injured and refused medical treatment.

Lake Mary police later spotted the vehicle and a brief pursuit took place on Interstate 4 before the stolen car crashed into a retention pond at H.E. Thomas Jr. Parkway near State Road 417 in Lake Mary.

The victims identified the culprits, who were arrested on charges of robbery-carjacking with a firearm, grand theft of a motor vehicle, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

The teen, who's on probation for grand theft of a motor vehicle in Orange County, also faces a charge of violation of probation.
