CASSELBERRY, Fla. -

Authorities in Casselberry arrested a man with HIV who they said sexually assaulted a teen he met on the website Craigslist.

The Casselberry Police Department said 47-year-old Joseph James Woller, of Orlando, was charged with sexual assault, using a computer to seduce a minor and traveling to meet a child after computer contact. He was also charged with not informing the teen he is HIV positive.

According to a police report, the mother of a 13-year-old boy called police Saturday after her son said he had sex earlier with an older man he met online.

Investigators later questioned the boy and with the help of other local agencies identified Woller as the suspect.

Police said Woller made contact with the teen on Craigslist and arranged to meet him near Casselberry City Hall.

According to the report, Woller picked up the teen and drove him to Secret Lake Park where he is accused of committing more than one sexual assault on the teen.

Police said Woller is a convicted sex offender who is on the Florida State registry. He was arrested in 1992 for first and second degree sexual assault in Kenosha, Wis.
