LONGWOOD, Fla. -

Longwood police arrested a man they say sexually battered his ex-girlfriend as he was moving out of their house on Monday.

Police said Larry Caldeyro choked his ex-girlfriend and sexually battered her at their home on Longwood Circle. The victim was taken to South Seminole Hospital for her injuries.

Caldeyro has been arrested and charged with sexual battery-domestic violence and taken to the John E. Polk Correctional Facility for processing.

The investigation is ongoing.
