A Port Orange woman was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer after she reenacted how her husband husband tried to strangle her--on an officer.

Local 6 has confirmed officer Michael Garay responded to a domestic dispute between Claudia Ambroziak, 58, and her husband on Wednesday morning. He asked Ambroziak for a demonstration, but grabbed her before she could apply more pressure to his neck, according to the report.

Ambroziak was also charged with domestic battery because police found that she was the one who started the dispute with her husband and that he choked her in self-defense. According to the report, the fight stemmed from Ambroziak being mad at her husband for not saying good morning to her.
