DeLAND, Fla. -

Almost three months after a small plane crashed into its roof, Publix supermarket will reopen the renovated store in DeLand on Thursday.

Three customers and two people inside the plane were injured April 2 when the experimental craft crashed into the store less than two miles from the DeLand Municipal Airport. One man died of injuries suffered in the crash.

Store hours will be 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, except for opening day, which will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Pharmacy Hours:
• Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Approximately 200 Publix associates will be employed at the store.
