ORLANDO, Fla. -

An Orange circuit judge issued an order stating Casey Anthony must answer limited questioning from attorneys for Texas EquuSearch, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Judge Lisa Munyon issued the order Tuesday after a closed-door hearing.

The Sentinel reports that two questions from Texas Equusearch would not incriminate Anthony during a retrial and therefore the judge ordered her to answer the questions.

Anthony's legal team has been arguing that forcing her to answer some questions could incriminate her at retrial.

Texas EquuSearch had searched for Caylee Anthony in 2008. Texas EquuSearch filed their lawsuit after Anthony's defense attorneys said Caylee drowned in their pool.
