Gas company secures leak at Lockhart Middle School, officials say

ORLANDO, Fla. -

Students have been let back into the Orange County middle school on Friday that was evacuated because of a gas leak, according to Orange County Fire Rescue.

Officials said the gas leak occurred at Lockhart Middle School on Doctor Love Road.

The leak has been contained and officials cleared the building of the odor before students were be let back in, according to Fire Rescue.

It's not clear how the gas leak started.
