(CNN) -- Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was ordered to pay a fine of 75,000 new Israeli shekels (about $19,000) and was given a one-year suspended jail sentence Monday, more than two months after he was found guilty of breach of trust. As part of his sentencing by the Jerusalem District Court, Olmert was also cleared to run for political office.
