URGENT - North-Korea-Threats

(CNN) -- U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice, asked Thursday about North Korea's threat of a "preemptive nuclear attack," said the country, "will achieve nothing by continued threats and provocations. These will only further isolate the country and its people."
