Winter Springs police search for car theft culprits
Juveniles ran away from officers, police say

The Winter Springs Police Department is searching for two juvenile car theft culprits on Tuesday morning.
Police said the juveniles ran away from officers around Sheoah Blvd and Clearn Court.
Both culprits are described as white males according to the police, and one is described as wearing a brown hat, brown pants and a white shirt.
