After cold start in Orlando, temperatures will warm

Mid-70s expected in Central Florida for rest of week

ORLANDO, Fla. - Temperatures in Central Florida on Thursday again started in the 30s and 40s, but a warmup will get here fast.

The high temperature on Thursday will hit 74 degrees in Orlando, with the overnight low reaching 53.

"With dry air in place, temperatures will warm above the average in the coming days," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

The high temperature through the weekend will be in the mid-70s, with lows in the mid-50s.

There's no chance of rain until the middle of next week, Bridges said.
