After foggy start, sun leads to warm afternoon in Orlando

Storms move into Central Florida by Friday

ORLANDO, Fla. - Fog blanketed parts of Central Florida on Tuesday morning, but the sun burned it off and temperatures will again soar.

"High temperatures will reach the mid-80s in Orlando on Tuesday and Wednesday," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

Overnight lows will hover near the mid-60s all week.

Rain and storms return Thursday and Friday, but highs will stay in the mid-80s.

"Some storms on Friday morning will be strong," Bridges said.
