ORLANDO, Fla. – Rain chances are expected to increase Monday afternoon and through the evening, with temperatures rising.
Central Florida rain chances reach 30 percent by 2 p.m. and 50 percent by 6 p.m.
"We'll see some clouds developing after starting off with a good bit of sunshine," said Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges.
Temperatures will heat up to 93 degrees by 4 p.m.
Significant weather advisories have been issued for Marion County with severe thunderstorms expected.
