Americans think using coupons on first date is acceptable, study finds

A recent study found that millions of Americans think it is acceptable to use a coupon on a first date.

According to a survey conducted by Harris Poll on behalf of LivingSocial, 86 percent of men and 88 percent of women agree that using a coupon is acceptable first-date etiquette. Only 13 percent of Americans feel it is unacceptable to use a coupon on a first date.

The survey was conducted in April 2014 to learn about dating trends in the United States.
