Arrest made in Orlando storage unit shooting

Raul Acosta arrested by Orange County deputies

ORLANDO, Fla. – A 42-year-old man was shot and killed Friday morning at an Orlando storage unit, a day after he got into a dispute with the suspected shooter about being in each other's way, according to deputies.

Raul Acosta, 58, was arrested Friday afternoon in the fatal shooting, which happened around 8 a.m. at Central Moving and Storage on Directors Row near South Orange Blossom Trail and West Sand Lake Road in Orange County.

The victim's name has not been released.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, a caller reported the shooting and deputies found one person wounded.  The man was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center and died a short time later, officials said.

According to deputies, witnesses said the men, who work for Lyneer Staffing, a temporary job agency, got into an altercation on Thursday while they were moving items.  The men argued after one of them got in the way of the other, deputies said.

Friday morning, Acosta was waiting for the victim to arrive at work and shot him, deputies said.
