ORLANDO, Fla. – Police arrested the gunman on Friday they say is responsible for shooting and killing a man in Orlando late Thursday morning.
The shooting happened around 11:45 a.m. at 5955 Westgate Drive, south of State Road 408.
Police said Ricardo Sanes, 20, was killed and Claudius Smith, 32, was charged with second-degree murder with a firearm in the shooting.
Smith was taken to Orange County jail.
No other details were immediately available.
