Arrests made in bust near UCF

Deputies initially got call about shots fired at apartment complex

ORLANDO, Fla. – Two people were arrested early Tuesday in a bust at an apartment complex near the University of Central Florida, Orange County sheriff's officials said.

Deputies said they went to the Mercury 3100 apartments after getting a call about shots fired.

Investigators told News 6 that no shooting victim was found, but a gun and drugs were found in a unit at the complex. 

The names of those arrested have not yet been released.

Deputies said they are searching for two additional suspects.
