Authorities battle 75-acre brush fire in Osceola County

Fire burning near homes, no evacuations ordered yet

ST. CLOUD, Fla. - Authorities are battling a 75-acre brush fire in Osceola County on Tuesday that has destroyed a shed and an RV.

Osceola County Fire Rescue says homes on Harris Road off of Crabgrass Road near Bull Creek Wildlife in St. Cloud are affected by the fire, which ignited after 11 a.m. Tuesday.

No immediate evacuations have been ordered as of 11:30 a.m.

Local 6 news helicopter Sky 6 flew over the brush fire as it torched the ground, sending smoke up into the air and leaving behind a trailer and a shed.
