ORLANDO, Fla. – A man wanted for violating probation was arrested after being barricaded inside an apartment in Orlando, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said in a tweet.
Patrick E. Herard, 21, was arrested in the incident, which took place Thursday afternoon at The Gatherings near University Boulevard and Dean Road.

The barricaded suspect prompted the evacuation of 20 other units and a lockdown of nearby Page Private School.
No injuries were reported.
On its website, The Gatherings, which is about 4 miles from the University of Central Florida, describes itself as a "student living community."
No other details have been released.
