HARTFORD, Conn. -

When a couple moved into their new apartment, they thought some nearby bees were just a nuisance.  However, after complaining to management it turns out the problem was much worse than they thought.

Thousands of bees were living in their ceiling. It was so bad, honey dripped from the ceiling onto exterminators.

Exterminators say they believe the bees got in through the vents.

It sounds hard to believe, but the bees did not immediately force the couple out of the apartment. Despite the swarm the couple just moved to a different room in the home. However, management said they would put the couple up in a hotel if the swarm was not taken care of soon.
