WINTER PARK, Fla. – The cab of a tractor-trailer teetered over the edge of an embankment on Interstate 4 after the driver lost control and crashed into a guardrail near the infamous Fairbanks Curve.
The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. Monday in the eastbound lanes of I-4 near Lee Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver of the big rig was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
Troopers said wet roads likely played a role in the crash.
Eastbound I-4 was closed for more than two hours before opening around 5 a.m.
No other details have been released.
