The 2.5 hour deposition was held in January at the office of Cheney Mason, who helped represent Anthony during her 2011 murder trial. Anthony was acquitted in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

A person with the same name as the fictitious nanny Anthony says kidnapped Caylee Anthony, Zenaida Gonzalez, is suing Anthony for defamation. The lawsuit is in the bankruptcy court and as part of that lawsuit, Anthony was deposed and asked about Gonzalez.

According to the deposition, Anthony said it was a coincidence that the name of a person she claims to have met in 2006 had the same name of the woman suing her-- who had visited the Sawgrass Apartments just before Anthony claimed falsely that's where she dropped off Caylee.

Anthony was asked why she picked out the apartment complex, the name "Zenaida Gonzalez" and combined the two.

"You're trying to draw a parallel in a very interesting coincidence that I didn't find out about until over a year into my case, so I can't answer that," Anthony said.

Anthony was also asked by an attorney, "so at the time you were making up the entire story by Zenaida having Caylee, where was Caylee?"

According to the deposition, Anthony responded, "at the advice of counsel, I decline to answer any questions about my daughter. If you ask me again I will walk out of this room."

The deposition was suspended after lawyers disagreed over what Anthony should have to answer or not answer. The judge will determine which Anthony must answer.

It is the first time Anthony spoke to attorneys other than her own since in July 2008 when she was arrested in the death of her daughter.
