LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Central Florida community leaders got a sneak peek of the new Fantasyland, the largest expansion in Disney's history, on Wednesday.
With the grand opening of New Fantasyland planned for Dec. 6, more than 150 community leaders have been invited to be among the first to experience this latest example of Disney storytelling and hear from Meg Crofton, president of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Operations, U.S. and France, about what this means for Central Florida, according to a news release.
The expansion has created 1,500 jobs, delivering a significant economic impact to the region, Disney officials said.
