The Seminole County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday night that their investigators conducted a proper and thorough investigation but accept the recommendations of the State Attorney's Office.

"It is our understanding that the SAO has decided to drop the charges against Prater," said Kim Cannaday, of SCSO. "We will need to direct you to the SAO for comment as to why the charges were dropped."
