In the emotional and powerful video, kids at Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) lip-synch Katy Perry's smash-hit "Roar" with inspiring energy.

"All of our ChaD kids have a roar," hospital workers told the Londonderry Patch.

As of Wednesday morning, the video had garnered more than 300,000 views on YouTube.

The hospital also used the video to thank donors at its annual marathon fundraiser. CHaD raised $650,000 during the event.
