Cold keeps grip on Central Florida

Frost for early Thursday in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. – Frigid air will remain in Central Florida for the next couple of mornings, but high temperatures are expected to reach the 70s by the weekend.

Freeze warnings were issued across Central Florida for Thursday morning, and there was frost in some areas.

Temperatures will warm into the low 60s later in the day under sunny skies.

Friday morning starts off cold again, however, with temperatures dropping back into the 30s.

High temperatures will be in the upper 50s Friday afternoon.

Sunday's high will be 71 degrees.

There's no chance of rain through the weekend in Central Florida.
