Cold weather subsides in Central Florida as clouds roll in

Low temperatures will be back by next Tuesday

ORLANDO, Fla. – The cold air is gone for now as Friday's lows will be in the 60s all over Central Florida.

The clouds, however, are here to stay for a while, said Local 6 Chief Meteorologist Tom Sorrells. The increase in moisture will lead to a few showers.

Rain chances are up to 50 percent for Friday and Saturday.  The high both days will be in the upper 70s.

The high at OIA on Friday will be 77, and on Saturday the high will be 79.

By Sunday the rain chances drop to 20 percent, and the daytime high goes up to 82.

There will be a 40 percent chance of rain and a high of 83 on Monday to kick off the work week.

The next cold front arrives Monday night into Tuesday.Tuesday's high will only be 76.
